Garbage disposal maker sues TV show for showing its product doing its job

Disposal maker Emerson filed a lawsuit against NBC for their show Heroes. For the portrayal that their InSinkErator garbage disposal would mangle a persons' hand if stuck into it while it was running. Emerson says this "irreparably tarnishes the product." I say "what a funny, frivolous lawsuit."
